Bloomberg – A suspicious package that disrupted subway service during the morning rush hour at Manhattan’s Grand Central Terminal turned out to be a backpack containing garbage, the New York City Police Department said.Subways on the 4, 5 and 6 lines bypassed the station while police dogs and the bomb squad investigated the package.
The MTA needs to immediately look through their cameras and go on a manhunt to find out who dropped this bag. Then, they need to imprison him for 30 years and/or give him the death penalty. Why 30 years? Because if you add up all the time lost/wasted and multiply it by thousands of people, it comes out to like 30 years. Karma’s a bitch. But that’s being nice. Delaying thousands of people for hours should be punishable by death. People have places to go, things to do.In such sensitive times, there is no excuse for leaving anything anywhere.
